This page covers the basics of using Papis Canvas Puzzles: playing puzzles, using your own photos, and ordering printed products. If something isn't covered here, contact us at the bottom of the page.

The App at a Glance

Papis Canvas Puzzles has five tabs at the bottom of the screen:

Playing a Puzzle

Using My Pictures

The My Pictures tab lets you build puzzles from your own photos and use them as artwork on printed products in the Shop.

See the Privacy Policy for full details on how your photos are handled.

The Shop

The Shop turns your photos (or any catalogue image) into physical products that we ship to your door.

From any image (a catalogue image or one of your own from My Pictures), tap the cart or order button, choose a size and option, then add it to your basket. The basket icon at the bottom of the Shop tab shows how many items you have ready to order.

Placing an Order

My Orders & Cancellation

Your orders are listed in the My Orders screen, accessible from the Shop tab. Each order shows its status and reference number.

Saved Puzzles (In Progress)

Any puzzle you start is saved automatically. Open the In Progress tab to resume. Long-press a saved puzzle to delete it.

App Themes

Open the Admin tab and tap the Theme button to switch between visual themes.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to play puzzles, fulfil your orders, and email you about them. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking. Full details are on the Privacy Policy page.
